How about we add a competitive edge to the event? How about an auction for charity where guests bid on song choices? Do you need us to supply prizes or memorabilia? Almost anything is possible!
. Once we have an outline plan, we’ll send you a personalised proposal. If you’d like to hold your date, we ask for a 20% deposit with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event.
Three weeks before the event, we’ll email you a card to share with your guests to encourage them to get their karaoke requests in. Having a few songs preloaded helps kick start the party. We’ll also chat through the logistics for the night so you know exactly what’s going to happen.
We’ll arrive at least an hour early to set up and soundcheck. We’ll also display QR codes around the room that link to the requests app (using the methods we’ve agreed during our logistics chat).
Take our word for it - every single night is different! Sometimes, the crowd dives right in, whereas at other times we’ll start with some covers to get everyone warmed up. Our mission? To make sure every guest has an unforgettable night.

Meet The BandBob, Andy & Kyle are the goto-powerhouse trio within Bandeoke Scotland. Between them, they’ve played in almost every venue in the country and clocked up thousands of hours on stage with their top drawer, high energy performances.
This is who you need for a guaranteed party of karaoke floor fillers all night long.
The usual band lineup is drums, guitar & keyboard with the bass end being covered by the keys. The band also fill in vocal harmonies where possible.
Don’t worry as we’ll always have your back! There’s an iPad on a stand showing the lyrics and we’re there to count you in, move the song about to suit you or even sing along if need be.
The night can be turned into a competition where winners are judged by the audience. Categories are agreed in advance, and prizes can either be sourced by Bandeoke Scotland or by the client. Prizes could include champagne, trophies, vouchers – anything is possible!
Normally, the Bandeoke Scotland team will capture footage and audio from the night. The results can then be used to celebrate performances through the usual social channels.
For an additional fee, the whole event can be captured and professionally edited so memories can be enjoyed again and again.
